Crossings HOA Meeting Minutes – 8-24-23
The Crossings Homeowners Association
Monthly Board Meeting
Date: August 24, 2023
Location: Phase One Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present except Chris Bogdon and Andrew Welch. There was one resident during the open part of the meeting. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 13,075.92
Savings - $ 16,488.06
Escrow - $ 1,604.02
150 out of 150 Homeowners have paid their dues.
Two resale certificates have been issued, and two houses are currently for sale.
Grounds:
Jim met with the new person from JML who is in charge of our account
Last month’s trees that were damaged were replaced
We are going to begin to plant trees that were removed in the Phase One Common area in September
We are replacing the bulb on the Hunting Ridge Trail Entrance
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 199 (0) users registered. The Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group also has 233 (0) members.

New Business:
Based on recommendations from Cranberry Twp., we will be revising the Fireworks email that is sent out to all residents.
Jim is planning on training Andrew Welch on the Treasurer position.
We are investigating backing up all the HOA files to a cloud-based storage

Sept 21 – Possible Block Party in the Park
Sept 23 – Block Party in the Park
Oct 21 – Chili Cook-off and Halloween Costume Parade
Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be on September 21 and will be held at the Phase One Common Area. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm.
