Crossings HOA Meeting Minutes – 7-20-2023
The Crossings Homeowners Association
Monthly Board Meeting
Date: July 20, 2023
Location: Phase One Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present except Chris Bogdon and Ryan Sydlik. There were 2 residents during the open part of the meeting. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 20,040.93
Savings - $ 16,482.95
Escrow - $ 1,604.02
150 out of 150 Homeowners have paid their dues.
Two resale certificates have been issued, and two houses are currently for sale.
Grounds:
JML landscaping had a lot of issues getting into the neighborhood due to the paving of the roads. However, all issues have been addressed with JML.
Due to the storms, there are a lot of trees that we are working with to remove.
We are going to begin to plant trees that were removed in the Phase One Common area in Mark.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 199 (0) users registered. The Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group also has 233 (0) members.

Old Business:
Chris Bogdon brought up the Verizon Cell phone issues with Cranberry Twp. They contacted Verizon and the three repeaters that have been installed to support the Crossings will still need Fiber run to them. Verizon currently has no update on when Fiber will be run. However, once this fiber is run, the cell phone performance will improve.

The next board meeting will be on August 24th and will be held at the Phase One Common Area. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm.
