Monthly Board Meeting
Date: Apr 20, 2023
Location: Phase One Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present except Brian Kile and Chris Bogdon. There were 0 residents during the open part of the meeting. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 27,388.15
Savings - $ 21,477.50
Escrow - $ 1,603.62
150 out of 150 Homeowners have paid their dues.
One resale certificate has been issued, and zero houses are currently for sale.
Grounds:
Grass Cutting begins on Monday, April 24th
Self-reporting of the retention pond is completed.
We are going to form a committee to evaluate the trees around the Common Area.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 196 (+3) users registered. The Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group also has 231 (+3) members.

All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please view that page for the latest events.
We are planning to have Aviva Pizza Oven Food Truck on May 21st.
We are planning to have Papa Woods BBW Food Truck on June 29th
We are looking to order more food truck signs to advertise the food truck better.
Crossings Garage Sale will be May 19th and 20th and May 26th and 27th.

We approved a fence at 108 Crossing Ridge Trail
We approved a shed at 803 Trowbridge Place
We would like to welcome Lauren Guth to the Crossings HOA Board.
We discussed the rules around fires in Cranberry Twp and want to remind all residents that they follow the rules. You can find the rules at: https://www.cranberrytownship.org/1633/Fire-Prevention
The Department of Environmental Protection prohibits the open burning of trash and/or yard waste.
- Recreation fires are allowed and shall not exceed three feet in width and two feet in height.
- Bonfires are allowed by permit only through the Miscellaneous fire prevention application process. A fee is required. Contact Planning & Development Services, Ph: 724-776-4806, x 1153 with questions.
