Crossings HOA Meeting Minutes – May 18, 2023

Monthly Board Meeting
Date: May 18, 2023
Location: Phase One Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present except Brian Kile and Andrew Welch. There were 0 residents during the open part of the meeting. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 25,427.50
Savings - $ 21,482.85
Escrow - $ 1,603.62
150 out of 150 Homeowners have paid their dues.
One resale certificate has been issued, and zero houses are currently for sale.
Grounds:
JML landscaping is scheduled to come every Friday to cut grass.
JML will be doing the mulching soon as well.
We are looking at the removal of some dead trees around the common area.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 199 (+3) users registered. The Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group also has 233 (+2) members.
Social:
All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please view that page for the latest events.
We are planning to have Aviva Pizza Oven Food Truck on May 21st.
We are planning to have Papa Woods BBQ Food Truck on June 29th
Signs will be placed at entrances to remind people of the food turcks.
Crossings Garage Sale will be May 19th and 20th and May 26th and 27th.

We would like to thank Brian Kile for all his years of support serving on the Crossings HOA Board.
We want to remind all residents that if you see any rabid animals around the neighborhood, please call 911 to have the police come and take care of them. Animal control will not work with rabid animals.
