Monthly Board Meeting
Date: Feb 22, 2023
Location: Virtually via WebEx
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were. There were 0 residents during the open part of the meeting. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 31,101.21
Savings - $ 21,477.50
Escrow - $ 1,603.23
148 out of 150 Homeowners have paid their dues. Letters are going out to the remaining two homeowners.
One resale certificate has been issued, and zero houses are currently for sale.
2023 Budget has been approved.
Grounds:
The phase 2 Pond is filled with water, and JML is going to clean the outflow vents.
No update on self reporting of the retention pond. We are awaiting communication from Cranberry Twp.
Firepit is complete. We also heard that Andrew Bogdon did receive his Eagle Scout award for this project. Congratulations.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 196 (+3) users registered. There are also 231 (+3) members in the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group.
Social:
All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please view that page for the latest events.
We are planning for a March 18th St. Patrick’s Party. More details will be provided once they are finalized.
There is a plan to have the annual Easter Egg Hunt on April 1st and Sinkers and Suds will be back.

We approved a deck approval from a resident.
April is our general election and if there are any residents who would like to run for an office, please contact us at board@thecrossingsneighborhood.com

The next board meeting will be our annual meeting on April 20th and will be held at the Phase One Common Area. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm.
