Crossings HOA Meeting Notes – 10-13-2021
The Crossings Homeowners Association
Monthly Board Meeting
Date: October 13, 2021
Location: Phase 1 Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were except Chris Bogdon. There were no residents present. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 15,699.50
Savings - $ 8,465.43
Escrow - $ 1,602.09
There have been 7 resale certificates issued and one house is currently for sale.
Grounds:
Due to the expense, we are deferring the bids to pave a portion of the trail on Hunting Ridge and Crossing Ridge that led to the phase one common area. We will revisit this in the spring.
Phase 2 is to have the gravel extended to meet the paving and install 2 more pipes for drainage has been pushed to the Spring.
Trees on Rochester Road are scheduled to be trimmed near the entrance of Hunting Ridge Trail.
JML needs to remove the silt fence from the Detention pond project.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 179 (+1) users registered. There are also 209 (+5) Facebook members in the Crossings Neighborhood Group.
Social:
The September Event with the Dented Keg Brewery was a success.
Unfortunately, the Oktoberfest had to be cancelled
The Luminary night will be managed by Chris Bogdon will be scheduled for Sunday December 19th with a Rain Date of December 24th. Chris will be sending around the luminary form.
We will put out a schedule of events in the spring.
Old Business:
A email was sent to all residents regarding an insurance policy that residents can purchase for the pinhole plumbing issue. All questions should be targeted to the company listed in the email and not the HOA board.
New Business:
A Solar Panel Installation was approved by the HOA Board

December 19th – Crossings Annual Luminary Night with Special Guest Santa Claus
December 25th – Rain Date for Luminary Night
Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be held virtually on Wednesday December 15th at 7:00 pm via WebEx.
