The Crossings Homeowners Association
Monthly Board Meeting
Date: September 8, 2021
Location: Phase 1 Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were except Chris Bogdon, Laura Obyc and Jim Lacey. There were no residents present. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 16,957.72
Savings - $ 8,465.43
Escrow - $ 1,601.89
All 150 special assessments have been paid.
There have been 5 resale certificates issued and one house is currently for sale.
Grounds:
Due to the expense, we are deferring the bids to pave a portion of the trail on Hunting Ridge and Crossing Ridge that led to the phase one common area. We will revisit this in the spring.
Phase 2 is to have the gravel extended to meet the paving and install 2 more pipes for drainage has been pushed to the Spring.
We continue to take care of tree maintenance in the neighborhood.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 178 users registered. There are also 204 (-2) Facebook members in the Crossings Neighborhood Group.
Social:
September 18th – Neighborhood Park Crawl. Dented Keg Brewery Food truck will be in the neighborhood.
Other Items in Planning
October 9th – Crossings Oktoberfest with Polkas and Neighborhood Potluck
Old Business:
A email was sent to all residents regarding an insurance policy that residents can purchase for the pinhole plumbing issue. All questions should be targeted to the company listed in the email and not the HOA board.

Upcoming Events:
August 15th – Crossing’s Cornhole Tournament. Aviva Brick Oven Pizza Food Truck (they will have beer and wine for sale) AND Graeter’s Ice Cream Truck
September 18th – Neighborhood Park Crawl with Dented Keg Brewery Food Truck.
Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be on October 13th at 7:00 pm at the phase 1 common area. All residents are invited to this meeting. This will be the last in person meeting for the year!
