Crossings HOA Board Meeting Minutes – July 14, 2021

Annual Board Meeting
Date: July 14, 2021
Location: Phase 1 Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were except Ryan Sydlik, Andrew Welch and Marta La Grand. There were no residents present. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 19,681.23
Savings - $ 8,265.43
Escrow - $ 1,601.89
There have been 148 residents who have paid for the special assessment. A reminder was sent to all residents.
There have been 4 resale certificates issued and one house is currently for sale.
Grounds:
The detention pond project is completed. The final walkthrough occurred and a few minor issues were addressed by the provider. We also paid the bill in full.
Due to the expense, we are deferring the bids to pave a portion of the trail on Hunting Ridge and Crossing Ridge that led to the phase one common area. We will revisit this in the spring.
We continue to take care of tree maintenance in the neighborhood.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 178 users registered. There are also 205 (+2) Facebook members in the Crossings Neighborhood Group.
Social:
August 15th – Crossing’s Cornhole Tournament. September 18th – Neighborhood Park Crawl. Dented Keg Brewery Food truck will be in the neighborhood.

Two other fences were approved by the HOA
A Turtle has gone missing in the neighborhood. If anyone finds a turtle, please contact the board at board@thecrossingsneighborhood.com
We received notification from the Church of Later Day Saints new Temple that is being built. A lot of residents may have questions and concerns about the temple and its construction. They are providing an email address: pittsburghtemple@gmail.com if any resident wants to contact the,.
