MINUTES OF THE CROSSINGS’ BOARD SPECIAL MEETING
October 8, 2003
The special meeting was held at the home of Sue Fey and began at 7:05 p.m. Board members present were Pat Francis, Dan O’Connor, Pat Mullen, Rick Mason and Sue Fey. Ray Speicher arrived later. Jack Curran was absent.
Board members discussed further the shed complaint made by the McGinnises, 149 Crossing Ridge Trail, described in the meeting minutes of July 13, 2003; said shed located on the Hinerman property at 151 Crossing Ridge Trail.
Board members voted and approved unanimous decision regarding the placement of the shed; said decision to be forwarded to counsel and all parties by Tuesday, October 14, 2003.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
