Crossings HOA Meeting Minutes – May 7, 2002
MINUTES OF THE CROSSINGS’ BOARD MEETING
MAY 7, 2002
This special meeting was held at Sue Fey’s and was called to order by Ray Speicher at 7:00 p.m. Board members present included Sue Fey, Cathy Lesjack, Pat Mullen and Ray Speicher.
Sue presented the flyer for Clean-up Day to be held on May 19, 2002. She reported that she had procured two $10 Fun Cards from Fun for All and 75 free admission coupons from Safari Sam’s. The board agreed to spend up to $100 on pizza, wings and soft drinks; Pat Mullen volunteered to pick up any additional costs. The flyers were folded at the meeting, and Ray will deliver them to Marti Curran to be distributed along with the Directory.
Sue reported on her investigation of two new grills for the Phase I park. Ray motioned to purchase two park grills for Phase I from B.E. A.R. of Pennsylvania at a cost of approximately $500. Pat M. seconded. Motion passed. Pat M. will call B.E.A.R. to finalize the information and about possible delivery for the Memorial Weekend picnic.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m. The next meeting will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at Pat Mullen’s.
