Crossings HOA Meeting Minutes – 2-29-2024
The Crossings Homeowners Association
Monthly Board Meeting
Date: February 29, 2024
Location: Virtual via WebEx
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present except Laura Obyc. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 30,589.11
Savings - $ 16,496.28
Escrow - $ 1,604.82
We had 149 out of 150 residents pay their 2024 HOA Dues
Financials and budget for 2024 have been completed and sent to all residents
All 2023 taxes are completed.
One house that was for sale was purchased by a real estate company that was planning to rent the house. We informed them that renting is against our covenants, and they are planning to sell the house.
Grounds:
We are going to engage JML to clean the retention pond
We have started looking at trees that will need to be replaced in 2024.
We are also starting to look at possible park improvements for 2024.
We are going to mulch the playground this year.
We are going to investigate improvements to any of the trails in the neighborhood.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 210 (+7) registered users, and the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group has 235 (no change) members.

All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please view that page for the latest events.
Old Business:
We have started using DropBox as our storage for the Crossings documents
New Business:
We are asking all residents if they would like to volunteer to serve on the board for 2024.

The next board meeting will be on Tuesday, March 19th, and will be held virtually via WebEx. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm. NOTE: This was postponed.
