MINUTES OF THE CROSSINGS’ BOARD MEETING
JANUARY 5, 2003
The meeting was held at Cathy Lesjack’s and was called to order by Jack Curran at 7:10 p.m. Board members present included Jack Curran, Pat Francis, Cathy Lesjack and Ray Speicher.
Cathy recapped November’s minutes and stated that the light post notices are to be included with the dues notices being mailed this month. Jack stated that he had purchased the filter fabric for the standing pipe and will install it when the ground is frozen. Ray reported that Paul Fleck has no information on the remaining test results yet. The fence proposal at the corner of Hunting Ridge and Rochester was tabled as the Cox’s have moved.
Cathy distributed the Treasurer’s Report for Pat M. and noted that there are seven homeowners that owe dues for 2002. Reminder letters will be sent this week. There were surveys included in Pat M.’s file, which Ray will give to Sue.
Pat F. reported that the grass-mowing contract is in effect for another 2 years. Ray noted that the covenants have been posted on the website. Jack will contact an accountant to prepare an independent audit of the books.
Ray volunteered to head the Election Committee. The terms of Cathy, Pat M. and Dan expire this year.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m. The next meeting will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2003 at Pat Francis’ at 7:00 p.m.
