Crossings HOA Meeting Minutes – April 25, 2024
The Crossings Homeowners Association
Monthly Board Meeting
Date: April 25, 2024
Location: Phase 1 Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present except Chris Bogdon and Ryan Sydlik. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 26,198.87
Savings - $ 16,496.28
Escrow - $ 1,605.22
We had 150 out of 150 residents pay their 2024 HOA Dues
We currently have 3 Resale Certificates/Home Sales.
Grounds:
The retention pond Inspection is completed.
We are continuing to replace trees in the Park.
One resident inquired about the process to install a shed in their yard.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 210 (No Change) registered users, and the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group has 235 (no change) members.

All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please view that page for the latest events.
The Easter Egg Hunt was a Huge Success
The following is the current tentative schedule.
- May 10-11: Yard Sale
- Friday, May 31st Summer Kick Off BonFire 🔥 6:30-8:30pm S’mores and BYOB
- June 15th: Food Truck
- June 29th: Neighborhood Game Night Capture the Flag (Adults and children) 7-9pm. Bonfire and BYOB for those who don’t play.
- July 13th: Food Truck
- July 26th: Movie in the Park/Camp Out
- August 10th: Food Truck
- August 30-31st: Pig Roast/ Party in the Park
- Sep 21st: Food Truck
- October 27th: Halloween Parade and Chili Cook Off
Old Business:
We still need to transfer all the treasurer’s files to our Dropbox account
Jim wants to train Andrew on the treasurer’s position
400 Durham is up for sale and we sent a letter stating that they cannot rent.
New Business:
Drew Bryer joins the HOA Board. We want to thank Chris Bogdon for his service to the board.
