Crossings HOA Meeting Minutes – 4-11-2022

Monthly Board Meeting
Date:  April 13, 2022
Location: Phase One Common Area

 
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were except Chris Bogdon and Brian Kile. There were some residents attending during the open flow part of the meeting.  The previous month’s minutes were approved.

Open Floor:
Andrew Bogdon presented to the board his proposal for his Eagle Scout Project. He would like to build a firepit in the common area for all residents to enjoy.

Treasurers Report:
Checking -       $ 29,998.16
Savings -          $ 16,467.28
Escrow -           $ 1,602.49

All HOA Dues have been received from residents.

There have been 2 resale certificates issued and two houses are currently for sale.

Grounds:
The playground will be mulched this year.

There was a complaint about the tree company driving in a resident's yard. This was taken care of with the company.

Trees that were identified to be in danger of falling will be taken care of with the tree company.

Getting bid to Pave a portion of the trail on Hunting Ridge and Crossing Ridge that leads to Park Pushed to Spring

Phase 2 is to have the gravel extended to meet the paving and install 2 more pipes for drainage Pushed to Spring

Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 191 (+8) users registered.  There are also 220 (+3) Facebook members in the Crossings Neighborhood Group.
 
Social:
A schedule of events will be published early spring to all residents.
 
Old Business:
New Resident Directory – A resident directory was created and is published on the website under the residents section. You will need a login to the website to access the directory.

New Business: 
Elections – All members of the board will continue to serve in their capacity for the next fiscal years.

The Board approved Andrew Bogdon’s Eagle Scout Project

Garage Sale - May 13-14 and 20-21
 
Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be held in person at the Phase I Common Area on May 10. The meeting starts at 7:00pm and all residents are invited.
