Board Meeting
Date: Feb 21, 2018
Location: Meyer’s Residence
Meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present except Mike Kendlick. There were no residents at the meeting. Previously month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $26197.08
Savings - $ 5734.76
There is 1 homeowner who has not yet paid their dues. Late notices with penalties will be sent to this homeowner.
There are 2 resale certificates that have been issued.
Grounds:
We are soliciting bids for grass cutting and landscape maintenance for starting in 2019. There are currently 5 companies that have expressed interest in the contract.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website has 182 users registered. There are also 150 Facebook members in the Crossings Neighborhood Group.

No new updates
Old Business:
The HOA board will be meeting with notaries to officially file the new updated covenants that were recently approved.
There is no date set yet for the Sheriff’s sales of the abandoned house on Trowbridge Court. We have reached back out to the township for an update on their communications with the bank.
New Business:
We had a potential new resident that inquired if a home business is allowed based on the covenants. We will be responding that home businesses are fine according to the covenants.
We had a resident inquire about the common area between 316 and 318 Winchester Court. We will be including this in the cleanup that we are planning to do this year.
We have had a resident complain about dogs being left out after hours. According to Cranberry Twp. ordinances Chapter 2, Sec 101, Paragraph , the following is documented
An owner or person in control shall not allow their dog/cat or other animal to bark, howl, cry, whine, or otherwise emit loud noises day or night so as to disturb the peace or quiet of any person, place or neighborhood or family.

The next board meeting will be held on Mar 21st, 2018 and the location will be at the Sullivan’s residence at 132 Crossing Ridge Trail.
