We are getting a bid to plant and replace the dogwood trees at the entrance of the trails.   We will have a full discussion on this topic at the next board meeting.

Web Site:

We currently have 121 people signed up for the Facebook page.   We also have 188 people signed up for the Website.

We are going to begin to clean out users that have registered for the website and Facebook page who have moved out of the neighborhood.

The Crossings Neighborhood directory is in desperate need for updating.   We are going to begin to update the directory in the next month.   It was decided that we will be listing all resident’s names in the directory.   However, if any resident wants to list other information like phone number, email, family members, a form will be emailed to collect this information.

Old Business:

None

New Business:

We have received a complaint about a house and trash that is left in the driveway after the current residents moved out.   We will be giving them a few days to clean up the property.   If it is not remediated, then we will contact the owners of the house.

One of the playground duck’s in the common area is broken.   We are going to investigate what it takes to repair this toy.

We have received a complaint about people not picking up after their pets.   A broadcast email will be sent to all residents both on Facebook and the website to remind residents to clean up after their pets.

We are once again looking for volunteers for the Halloween party for the kids.   We will be sending out an email to all residents to solicit volunteers.

The next board meeting will be held on Sept 21 at 7:00 PM at the Kendlick’s residence, 301 Winchester Court.
