IMPORTANT NOTICES for the Crossings
All Residents of the Crossings,
The HOA board would like to remind all residents of a few items:
- It is prohibited to burn fires in the common areas. As per Cranberry Twp:
Is open burning prohibited? The Township will no longer issue permits for open burning. The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has indicated that open burning is not to be permitted by Townships.
- As per Cranberry Twp, there is no parking allowed on street. If you are having a party and require parking, the following is the excerpt from the Cranberry Twp website:
- When I have a party, can guests park on the street?
- Yes. Please contact the Police Department at (724) 776-5180 with information as to when and where the event will be held. Vehicles may be parked on one side of the street only, facing the proper direction so emergency vehicles can get through. Vehicles must not block driveways or cross streets. Permission may be denied if there is inclement weather or parking on the street creates a hazard.
