Monthly Board Meeting
Date: April 24, 2025
Annual Meeting in Park
The meeting started at 7:00pm. All board members were present, except Ryan Sydlik and Laura Obyc. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurer’s Report:
Checking - $ 20,650.04
Savings - $ 10,513.56
Escrow - $ 1,606.83
We have received 150 of 150 dues payments.
We currently have no Resale Certificates/Home Sales.
We reviewed and approved the 2024 Financial Report and 2025 Budget (see attached).
Grounds:
Lawnworks replaced the 8 trail head posts and began the tree replacement in the park.
The board will review replacement of the tree at 222 Hunting Ridge Trail.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 203 registered users, and the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group has 235 (no change) members.
Social:
All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab as well as on the Facebook Page.
Mission Mahi Food Truck and the Annual Egg Hunt with Sinkers and Suds Food Truck were another success.
Our Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale is planned for Friday, May 23, and Saturday, May 24.
Old Business:
Jim Lacey will work with Chris Bogdon to move the treasurer files to the cloud.
New Business:
The board reviewed and approved the installation of a shed at 229 Hunting Ridge Trail and a fence at 506 Sheffield Court.
The board elected new officers:
- President: Lauren Guth
- 1st Vice-President: Michael Kendlick
- 2nd Vice-President: Drew Bryer
- Treasurer: Jim Lacey
- Secretary: Ryan Sydlik
- Social: Laura Obyc

Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 14, in the park. All residents are welcome to attend. The meeting starts at 7:00pm.
