The Crossings Homeowners Association Monthly Board Meeting Date: February 20, 2025 WebEx
The meeting started at 7:00pm. All board members were present, except Drew Bryer. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Checking - $ 31,857.75 Savings - $ 10,510.97 Escrow - $ 1,606.43
We have received 147 of 150 dues payments.
We currently have 1 Resale Certificates/Home Sales.
Grounds: Lawnworks will replace 8 trail head posts in the spring for $3,300.
Lawnworks will bid next tree replacement in the park.
Web Site and Social Media: The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 203 registered users, and the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group has 235 (no change) members.
Social: All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Here are our upcoming events:
Mission Mahi Food Truck on March 27, 5pm-7pm
Annual Egg Hunt/Sinkers and Suds Food Truck on April 12, 10:30am-12:30pm
Old Business: We still need to transfer all the treasurer’s files to our Dropbox account.
Jim wants to train Andrew on the treasurer’s position.
New Business: Mike Kendlick would like a replacement for his position as president, starting in April. Current Board Member Lauren Guth has volunteered to serve as his replacement.
Discussion regarding speed bumps in neighborhood was reviewed. HOA has no jurisdiction over roads, which are controlled by the township.
Next Meeting: The Annual Board Meeting will be held on Thursday, April 24, in the park. All residents are welcome to attend. The meeting starts at 7:00pm.
