Monthly Board Meeting
Date: January 23, 2025

The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present, except Ryan Sydlik, Andrew Welch, and Drew Bryer. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurer’s Report:
Checking - $ 25,596.98
Savings - $ 10,508.32
Escrow - $ 1,606.43
We have received 117 dues and still need 33 dues, which are due by January 31, 2025.
We currently have 1 Resale Certificates/Home Sales.
Grounds:
Lawnworks will replace 8 trail head posts in the spring for $3,300.
Lawnworks will bid next tree replacement in the park.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 203 registered users, and the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group has 235 (no change) members.
Social:
All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please check back for spring events.
Old Business:
We still need to transfer all the treasurer’s files to our Dropbox account.
Jim wants to train Andrew on the treasurer’s position.
New Business:
Mike Kendlick would like a replacement for his position as president, starting in April.
Resident’s request for a fence was approved.
Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be on Thursday, February 20, via Webex. The meeting starts at 7:00PM.
