Monthly Board Meeting
Date: November 14, 2024

The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present, except Laura Obyc, Marta Le Grand, Andrew Welch, and Drew Bryer. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurer’s Report:
Checking - $ 5,470.56
Savings - $ 10,508.32
Escrow - $ 1,606.03
We received 150 out of 150 of the dues. We currently have 5 Resale Certificates/Home Sales. Dues letters are ready to mail for the new year.
Grounds:
Lawnworks will replace 7 trail head posts in the spring.
Park tree replacement will continue in the spring.
JML won the bid for landscaping.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 203 registered users, and the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group has 235 (no change) members.
Social:
All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please view that page for the latest events.
The Halloween Parade was a success. Thank you to everyone that attended!
The following is the current tentative schedule:
December 22: Luminary Night (Rain Date of December 24) – Orders due by Friday, December 6
Old Business:
We still need to transfer all the treasurer’s files to our Dropbox account.
Jim wants to train Andrew on the treasurer’s position.
New Business:
No new business.
Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be on Thursday, January 16, via Webex. The meeting starts at 7:00PM.
