Crossings HOA Meeting Minutes – Oct 17, 2024

The Crossings Homeowners Association
Monthly Board Meeting
Date: October 17, 2024
Location: Phase 1 Common Area

The meeting started at 7:00 PM.  All board members were present, except Ryan Sydlik, Andrew Welch, and Drew Bryer.  The previous month’s minutes were approved.

Treasurer’s Report:
Checking -       $ 6,858.54
Savings -         $ 10,504.50
Escrow -          $ 1,606.03

We received 150 out of 150 of the dues.  We currently have 5 Resale Certificates/Home Sales.

Grounds:
Lawnworks will replace 7 trail head posts in the spring.

Park tree replacement will continue in the spring.

Landscaping will go out to bid for a 2-year contract.


Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 203 registered users, and the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group has 235 (no change) members.

Social:
All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please view that page for the latest events.

The following is the current tentative schedule:

October 27, Noon-3PM:  Halloween Parade and Chili Cook-Off

December 22:  Luminary Night (Rain Date of December 24)

Old Business:
We still need to transfer all the treasurer’s files to our Dropbox account.

Jim wants to train Andrew on the treasurer’s position.

New Business:
No new business.

Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be on Thursday, November 14, via Webex.  The meeting starts at 7:00PM.
