Monthly Board Meeting
Date: September 17, 2024
Location: Phase 1 Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present, except James Lacey and Laura Obyc. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurer’s Report:
Checking - $ 9,816.69
Savings - $ 16,504.50
Escrow - $ 1,605.22
We received 150 out of 150 of the dues. We currently have 4 Resale Certificates/Home Sales.
Grounds:
Post and rail need replaced at the park entrance; the board will schedule and repair. Tree replacement in the park continues.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 203 registered users, and the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group has 235 (no change) members.
Social:
All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please view that page for the latest events.
The following is the current tentative schedule:
October 27th: Halloween Parade and Chili Cook-Off
Old Business:
We still need to transfer all the treasurer’s files to our Dropbox account.
Jim wants to train Andrew on the treasurer’s position.
New Business:
No new business.
Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be on Thursday, October 17, and will be held at the Phase 1 Common Area. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm.
