Monthly Board Meeting
Date: July 25, 2024
Location: Phase 1 Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present, except Michael Kendlick, Drew Bryer, Marta Le Grand, and Laura Obyc. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurer’s Report:
Checking - $ 15,211.80
Savings - $ 16,504.50
Escrow - $ 1,605.22
We currently have 3 Resale Certificates/Home Sales.
Grounds:
Tree replacement in the park will continue into the fall season.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 203 registered users, and the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group has 235 (no change) members.
Social:
All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please view that page for the latest events.
The following is the current tentative schedule:
· August 10th: Food Truck (Pending)
· August 23rd: Movie in the Park/Camp Out (New date)
· August 30-31st: Pig Roast/ Party in the Park
· Sep 21st: Food Truck
· October 27th: Halloween Parade and Chili Cook-Off
Old Business:
We still need to transfer all the treasurer’s files to our Dropbox account.
Jim wants to train Andrew on the treasurer’s position.
New Business:
No new business.
Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be on Thursday, August 15, and will be held at the Phase 1 Common Area. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm.
