Monthly Board Meeting

Location: Phase 1 Common Area
| The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present, except Drew Bryer, Andrew Welch, and Ryan Sydlik. The previous month’s minutes were approved. Treasurer’s Report: Checking - $ 21,405.04 Savings - $ 16,500.39 Escrow - $ 1,605.22 We had 150 out of 150 residents pay their 2024 HOA Dues. We currently have 3 Resale Certificates/Home Sales. Grounds: Tree clean-up from the storm continues. Tree replacement in the park continues. Web Site and Social Media: The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 203 registered users, and the Crossings Neighborhood Group Facebook Group has 235 (no change) members. Social: All upcoming events on the social calendar are listed on the website under the calendar tab. Please view that page for the latest events. Summer Kick Off BonFire was well-attended by families. The following is the current tentative schedule: July 13th: Food Truck July 26th: Movie in the Park/Camp Out (DATE COULD CHANGE) August 10th: Food Truck August 30-31st: Pig Roast/ Party in the Park Sep 21st: Food Truck October 27th: Halloween Parade and Chili Cook-Off Old Business: We still need to transfer all the treasurer’s files to our Dropbox account Jim wants to train Andrew on the treasurer’s position New Business: The Fourth of July is right around the corner, and we know that many residents will be celebrating with fireworks. Cranberry Twp would like us to remind residents that if you are going to set off fireworks, please post on Facebook 24 hours in advance. In addition, please have a fire extinguisher available and stop at 10:00 pm. Cranberry Twp Police will begin to enforce their noise ordinances at 10:00 pm. Next Meeting: The next board meeting will be on Thursday, July 25, and will be held at the Phase 1 Common Area. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm. |
