Board Meeting
Date: July 20, 2016
Location: Speicher’s Residence
Meeting started at 7:00 PM at the Speicher’s Residence. All board members were present except Jim Lacey and Chris Bogdon who were absent due to work commitments. No residents were present for the open floor session
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $18,732.52
Savings - $ 5,729.78
Grounds:
Any posts and rails that were damaged have been fixed for the entrances of the park.
12 Saplings were removed from the phase 3 retention pond to facilitate proper drainage.
Web Site:
We currently have 113 people signed up for the Facebook page. We also have 186 people signed up for the Website.
Old Business:
Cranberry Cup jerseys were purchased for the softball team. These jerseys will be used for the next few years for the Crossing’s Cranberry Cup team.
A Post Game party will be held Saturday night June 6th starting at 7:00PM in the back of the Trowbridge Ct. All residents are invited to help celebrate the team’s performance. Further details will be forwarded on what to bring.

Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be held on Aug 17th at 7:00 PM at the Bogdon’s residence, 114 Crossing Ridge Trail.
