Board Meeting
Date: April 27, 2016
Location: Common Area
Meeting started at 7:00 PM in the phase I park. All board members were present except Chris Bogdon who was absent due to work commitments. 2 residents attended the meeting.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $26,752.32
Savings - $ 5,729.78
The 2015 taxes have been filed.
The annual dues for all residents are paid up with the exception of the vacant home on Trowbridge Ct.
Grounds:
Several of the rail fences at the paths in the neighborhood have been replaced. The remaining posts will be replaced throughout the summer.
The developer has begun work on the roads and will shortly begin work on the buildings for PHASE II of Park Place. We expect the connecting pathway to be installed next spring.
Web Site:
We have recently upgraded the website to include more anti-spam measures. Therefore, when you log in now, you will have to answer a simple question to ensure that you are a live person.
Old Business:
There has been no change with the status of the vacant house on Trowbridge Court.
There were no volunteers to run for the expiring seats on the board so no elections were held. All three members have agreed to serve another term.
There have been reports of possible coyote sightings in the area. All residents are advised to keep your eyes on small pets.
There will be a new resident welcome party on Friday, 20 May at 6:00 PM in the Phase I park. The board will provide hot dogs and marshmallows, and attendees are asked to bring a covered side dish or dessert. We will setup a screen and projector and show a family friendly movie. Details and RSVPs have been sent out and posted on the Facebook page.
The next board meeting will be held on May 18th at 7:00 PM at Kendlick’s residence, 301 Winchester Court.
