Crossings Dog Owners

The HOA Board has received recent comments from several homeowners in The Crossings regarding dog droppings left on their properties. Dogs need their walks and dogs will relieve themselves in the place of their choosing. That’s just how it is.

What you can do something about, is ensuring that each homeowner’s private property is respected. When preparing to walk the dog, it should be part of everyone’s routine, along with bringing the leash, to also bring along some disposable plastic bags to be used to clean up after your dog. Just as importantly, please dispose of these bags in your own household trash.

So there are two issues here that need attention:

  • Dog droppings left on private property that aren’t being cleaned up.
  • Clean up bags discarded (mostly in the free spaces).

Our neighborhood is such a great place to live and raise a family. The residents are friendly. The HOA Board administers the annual budget to ensure that The Crossings is kept neat and free of debris. Let’s all do our individual part to contribute to ensuring that The Crossings remains one Cranberry Township’s most enjoyable places to live.
