The Crossings Homeowners Association
Board Meeting
Date: Jan 13, 2016
Location: Sullivan’s Residence
The meeting began promptly at 7:00pm at the Sullivan’s residence. The following board members were present: Ken Chrin, Brian Kile, Jim Lacey, Chris Bogdon, Ray Speicher, Kevin Sullivan, and Mike Kendlick.
The minutes of the Dec 16th monthly meeting were read and approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $21219.45
Savings - $5728.35
Received 1 more resale certificate
The 2016 Budget has been approved and will be posted shortly on the Crossings HOA Web Site. In addition, the 2015 Financial Report was also approved and will be posted on the HOA Web Site.
We have received 78 out of 150 HOA dues from residents. We will be sending out a reminder shortly to all residents.
Grounds Report:
We have found someone to shovel the sidewalk that connects the Crossing’s Sidewalk with Park Place on Powell Road.
We have contacted the Cranberry Twp. Public Works Department to determine if we are able to place reflectors on the areas of concern. It was determined, that any reflectors should be approved by Cranberry Twp. before we do anything. As a result, we have determined that we will not move forward with placing reflectors in the areas of concern.
The resident that was present brought up two main concerns regarding the lack of lights or reflectors on the Powell road sidewalk extension and down by the 2nd retention pond on Crossing Ridge Trail. The board has started discussing the alternatives to rectify the situation.

We currently have 169 residents registered for the Crossings Website.
We also have 75 Residents registered for the Crossings Facebook page.
Old Business:
No change on the status of the home on the corner on Trowbridge.
New Business:
The resident that was present brought up two main concerns regarding the lack of lights or reflectors on the Powell road sidewalk extension and down by the 2nd retention pond on Crossing Ridge Trail. The board has started discussing the alternatives to rectify the situation.
The next board meeting will be February 17, 2016 at the Bogdon’s home at 114 Crossing Ridge trail. The meeting will begin at 7:00pm.
