New Business

The Crossings HOA Board would like to welcome Mike Kendlick as the newest board member.

No update on the house on Trowbridge that is in foreclosure.   We are still waiting for it to be listed for Sheriff’s sale.   We will keep everyone posted.

We are going to forward Mary Mason the list to new residents in the neighborhood so that she can send a welcome package to them.

It has been determined that several residents are confused on the best ways to contact the board for issues, questions or concerns.   We are going to be publishing an updated list as to all the contact information for the board.

A resident brought up a concern to install reflectors on the new sidewalk connecting the Crossings Neighborhood and Park Place on Powell Road.   It was voted that the board cannot require a resident to put reflectors on their property.

The next meeting of the HOA board is schedule for 7:00pm on November 18th at the Sullivan’s Residence at 132 Crossing Ridge Trail.   As always, anyone wishing to provide comments and concerns is asked to join us for the first 30 minutes open-floor session of our meeting.
