Board Meeting
Date: Aug 19, 2015
Location: Chrin Residence
The meeting began promptly at 7:00pm at the Chrin residence. The following board members were present: Brian Kile, Jim Lacey, Ken Chrin, Ray Speicher and Kevin Sullivan. Chris Bogdon was unable to attend due to work commitments.
No Crossings residents were present for the open floor portion of the meeting
The minutes of the Jul 15th monthly meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer’s Report
Savings Account: $ 5,727.63
Checking Account: $ 15.961.55
We have received 8 resale certificates for houses being sold in the Crossings. There is an additional 6 other houses for sale
Grounds Report
A resident inquired about vine’s that seem to be overgrowing on public property on Rochester Road. It was determined that the vine’s were not on the residence’s fence or in the property. The board will discuss with the homeowner but there are no plans to remove.
All issues with the trees that have been discussed has been resolved.
The removal of the wasp nest at the park has been removed.
It was discussed to replacing the entrance posts and putting in new ones. The materials to replace the entrance posts would cost $600. The board voted and will take care of this.
The bushes at the entrances of the crossings are to be replaced next year.

New Business
House on Trowbridge is still not listed for a Sheriff’s Sale. We are going to contact the bank to continue to take care of the yard.
New Business
The sidewalk that connected to Park Place has been installed. Maintenance for this part of the sidewalk will be discussed in October
We have two residents who are interested in the board vacancy.
It was discussed of creating a welcoming committee. We have some great ideas regarding these proposals and we will continue to discuss.
The next meeting of the HOA board is schedule for 7:00pm on Wednesday, Sept 9th at 7:00pm at the Speicher’s Resident at 110 Crossing Ridge Trail. As always, anyone wishing to provide comments and concerns is asked to join us for the first 30 minutes open-floor session of our meeting.
