It was pointed out that there was an error in our previous HOA Board Meeting Minutes on Jun 17th.
We inadvertently mentioned that Cranberry Twp was offer to connect Park Place to Trowbridge. That is technically impossible. The corrected statement is below.
Cranberry Twp. contacted us to offer to connect Park Place to Stonehenge and the township will officially pay for the sidewalk but we will be responsible for maintaining it. We voted for this and it makes sense to do it.
We are very sorry for the confusion.
