Annual Meeting Notes from the Crossings HOA – April 29, 2015
The Annual Meeting of the Crossings Homeowners Association was held on Wednesday, 29 April 2015 at 7:00 PM in the Phase 1 Pavilion.
The following homeowners and board members were present:
Chuck and Karen Kraynik
Jim Lacey
Ken Chrin
Kevin Sullivan
Brian Kile
Board members Jack Curran, Ray Speicher and Chris Bogdon were all absent due to work commitments.
Ken Chrin was introduced as the new board member filling one of the seats vacated by Jack and Chuck.
On behalf of the homeowners the Board expresses sincere thanks to Jack Curran for his 29 years of service to the board and to Chuck Kraynik for his 8 years of service. Their insights have been invaluable over the years in keeping The Crossings the premier neighborhood in Cranberry Twp.
This year's Cranberry Cup will be help on 8-9 August. Anyone interested in participating on the Crossing's team please contact Keith Baker by email at: ber0421muda@zoominternet.net
The next meeting will be held at the Sullivan residence - 132 Crossing Ridge Trail on 13 May 2015 at 7:00 PM. Residents are invited to bring any concerns to the open floor session beginning at 7:00 PM.
