NOTICE: Crossings HOA Board Nominations

All Residents,

The Board should consist of seven (7) members, of which four (4) will be required to serve a two (2) year term. The remaining three (3) members will be required to serve a one (1) year term. Candidates do not run for a specific office, but on a platform of serving the community to the best of their abilities, interests, and desires. The elected board will determine office positions and terms at the annual meeting which will be held on April 30, 2014.

The terms of (3) of our current board members will expire in 2014:

1. Kevin Sullivan
2. Brian Kile
3. Chris Bogdon

If you have an interest in serving on the board, please fill out the 2014 Election Nomination Form and return it to the HOA Mailing Address by April 1, 2014. Your “Campaign Statement” should relay to the homeowners your qualifications and what you will bring to the table if elected. If desired you may also submit this information via e-mail to: jrlaceyharley@hotmail.com

The Nomination forms will then be compiled into an election ballot that will be distributed to every homeowner on or before April 8, 2014. Your votes must be submitted by April 22, 2014. The “Annual Meeting” will be held on Wednesday April 30, 2014. You will be notified of the place and time of the Annual Meeting at a later date.
