New Business

The Board has been contacted via e-mail and in-person from a homeowner wishing to discuss ideas and concerns that will improve The Crossings. This homeowner often has work obligations during evening hours and is normally unable to attend the regularly scheduled Board meetings. He has asked that someone from the Board contact him to arrange a day and time for this meeting. Kevin Sullivan and I will arrange this meeting and report on the topics discussed.

As mentioned above, The Crossings will have a softball team participating in The Cranberry Cup Tournament. A motion was made and seconded, and the Board voted to approve the purchase of two dozen T-shirts displaying The Crossings name and logo. I will contact Keith Baker to complete these arrangements.

The next meeting of the Board is scheduled on Wednesday, July 10th at 7:00pm at the Bogdon residence at 114 Crossing Ridge Trail.
