Crossings HOA Meeting Minutes – Oct 17th, 2018

The Crossings Homeowners Association

Board Meeting

Date: Oct 17, 2018

Location: Phase 1 Common Area

Meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present except Chris Bogdon. Previous month’s minutes were approved.

Treasurers Report:

Checking -      $11,947.22
Savings -          $ 5,736.18
Escrow -             $101.00

There are 12 resale certificates that have been issued

One on Trowbridge still has outstanding dues

Grounds:

We have approved the bid to asphalt the trail. This project will be beginning in Oct/Nov.

We are continuing to work with the landscape company in the transition period to evaluate all grass that needs to be cut.

We are going to purchase new trees in the park in the spring.

We are going to get new picnic tables for the main park in the spring.

Web Site and Social Media:

The Crossing’s HOA Website has 178 (-3) users registered. There are also 155 (0) Facebook members in the Crossings Neighborhood Group.

Old Business:

The house on Trowbridge is has been sold at Sheriff’s Sale. We will be providing the invoice for all bills that are owed by the resident.

Letter is being drafted to address the home with no Lamp Post. Since the letter was sent, this issue has been resolved.

A letter is being drafted to request escrow money according to the HOA covenants.

New Business:

We will be re-writing the bylaws in the future and this effort has been postponed to December or January.

Next Meeting:

The next board meeting will be on Wednesday Nov 14th at 7:00pm and the location will be at 301 Winchester Court
