Board Meeting
Date: Jun 21, 2017
Location: Common Area
Meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present except Chris Bogdon and Carrie Silvers. There were two residents present.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $13,935.00
Savings - $ 5732.63
We have received 1 resale certificates so far in 2017.
Grounds:
There are some evergreens in the common area behind 109 Crossing Ridge Trail that have exposed roots caused by water runoff eroding the ground.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website has 173 users registered. There are also 131 Facebook members in the Crossings Neighborhood Group.
Social:
The social committee is planning to schedule another movie night on Friday July 28th. Please keep an eye on the Facebook page for the announcements.
Old Business:
There is no date set yet for the Sheriff’s sales of the abandoned house on Trowbridge Court.
We plan to have a draft of the amended covenants ready for the next board meeting. Once they have been approved by the lawyers, they will be sent out for a vote.
The board is considering a dues increase of $25 to $175.00/year and again to $200 in 2019 to cover increased costs for tree maintenance.
New Business:
A neighbor in the development has volunteered to update the online directory. We are currently looking at this.
