Crossings HOA Board Meeting Minutes – May 19, 2021

Annual Board Meeting
Date: May 19, 2021
Location: Phase 1 Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were except Laura Obyc and Chris Bogdon. There were no residents present. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $ 24,911.46
Savings - $ 18,163.69
Escrow - $ 1,601.69
There have been 97 residents who have paid for the special assessment. A reminder was sent to all residents.
There have been 4 resale certificates issued and one house is currently for sale.
Grounds:
The detention pond project is completed.
We are receiving a bid to pave a portion of the trail on Hunting Ridge and Crossing Ridge that led to the phase one common area. Phase 2 of this project will have the gravel extended to meet the paving and install two more pipes for drainage.
Cranberry Twp. completed the rework of the grounds at Rochester and Crossing Ridge Trail.
We have completed the trailhead dead tree replacement, weeds, and mulch.
We continue to take care of tree maintenance in the neighborhood.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 178 (+2) users registered. There are also 203 (+3) Facebook members in the Crossings Neighborhood Group.

Next Meeting:
The next board meeting will be on July 14th at 7:00 pm at the phase 1 common area. All residents are invited to this meeting.
