Monthly Board Meeting
Date: Oct 14, 2020
Location: Phase One Common Area
The meeting started at 7:00 PM. All board members were present except Chris Bogdon, Ryan Sydlik and Carrie Silvers. No residents were present. The previous month’s minutes were approved.
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $10,363.13
Savings - $ 5,741.95
Escrow - $ 1,601.29
There have been 5 resale certificates issued and two houses are currently for sale.
Grounds:
Two trees in the Park will be cut down the next time the tree service company is in the neighborhood.
We are still trying to get reimbursed for the tree that the Crossing’s HOA removed that resides on Park Place’s property. The cost was $450. We have reached out to the new president.
We are currently getting bids on the Detention Ponds and are planning to do at least 1 pond in the Summer of 2021.
Web Site and Social Media:
The Crossing’s HOA Website now has 166 (+0) users registered. There are also 190 (+0) Facebook members in the Crossings Neighborhood Group.
Social:
Halloween is confirmed by Cranberry Twp. It will be held on Oct 31 from 6-8pm.
The garage sale was another great success and we want to thank all residents who participated.
Three garbage cans were purchased for events in the park.
Luminary Day will be Sunday Dec 20th with the Rain Date of Dec 24th. More information will be provided to all residents
Old Business:
Dues will need to be increased to $200 next year due to the added costs of maintenance in the neighborhood.
New Business:
A resident is asking about adding a shed and will be asked to submit a plan and meet with 2 members of the board.
We are starting a special Detention Pond fund that we will allocate money into every year to help offset the cost of Detention Pond maintenance in the future.
