Old Business:

The landlord with the post light that is out has been contacted and he said he will fix the issue.

We need to schedule the date to rewrite the By-Laws for the neighborhood.

The one resident who has remaining covenant violations will be contacted via a letter to resolve the issues.

New Business:

There was a complaint of fireworks in the park common area.   Several neighbors have complained about fireworks.   We will be addressing this concern.

There was a question about why we hadn’t had elections in a while.  We explained that no one is volunteering for the board and it was pointless to spend the money to mail out ballots when it could be used better.

There was a question about the by-laws, as we explained that we will be rewriting these shortly.

There was a question about liability within the common area.  We explained that the Crossings HOA has liability insurance and it becomes a case by case basis.

There was also a complaint of the landscape not mowing behind fences on the border of the common area.   This was explained that the mowers are too big to mow these spaces and therefore we are not mowing there.
