Old Business:

The house on Trowbridge is has been sold at Sheriff’s Sale.   We have already been contacted about the HOA Dues owed.

Letter is being drafted to address the home with no Lamp Post.   The resident is encouraged to contact the board immediately to discuss the matter.

Letter is being drafted to resident whose sidewalks are not in compliance with the Covenants and Cranberry Twp. Ordinances.

New Business:

A resident enquired about why the trash can was being removed from the Phase 1 common area.   Unfortunately, it was not being emptied and filled with garbage.   Unless there is a solution to empty the trash cans, they will not be returned.

A resident complained about a pine tree that needs trimmed in the common area by their property.   It will be trimmed the next time we have tree service in the neighborhood.

A resident complained about an area that is no longer being mowed by the landscaping company.   We are working with the landscaping company in this period of transition to evaluate and determine which areas need to be mowed.

A resident’s deck plans were approved.   The approval confirms that the plans follow the covenants which is necessary for the resident to apply for a building permit.

All residents are reminded as fall and winter approaches to have their Post Lights on for everyone’s safety.   A well-lit neighborhood deters crime and helps keep children and adults safe as they walk through the neighborhood in the evenings.
