HOA Annual Meeting Minutes – May 18, 2016

Board Meeting
Date: May 18, 2016
Location: Kendlick’s Residence
Meeting started at 7:00 PM at the Kendlick’s Residence. All board members were present except Ray Speicher who was absent due to work commitments. One resident was present for the open floor session
Treasurers Report:
Checking - $25,606.04
Savings - $ 5,729.78
The annual dues for all residents are paid up with the exception of the vacant home on Trowbridge Ct.
Grounds:
4 of 7 rail fences at the paths in the neighborhood have been replaced. Any remaining posts that are damaged will be replaced throughout the summer.
The HOA Board Members will be walking around the neighborhood to see what trees should be replaced around the entrances to the common areas.
We still need to get the excavator to look at the phase two retention pond. This should be completed shortly.
Web Site:
We currently have 108 people signed up for the Facebook page. We also have 167 people signed up for the Website.
Old Business:
There has been no change with the status of the vacant house on Trowbridge Court. Wells Fargo turned over the responsibility to Selene Finance. We have called multiple times to Selene Finance and they refuse to return our calls. We would like them to fix the siding and continue to maintain the grass. The grass did eventually get cut.
New Business:
The resident that attended the meeting enquired about maintenance of the free space behind their house. The board told them that the free space is designed to be un maintained and represent natural free space.
All members of the board will continue with the same positions as before.
