The Crossing’s Homeowners Association
Board
The Board should consist of seven (7) members and each member will be required to serve a two (2) year term. Candidates do not run for a specific office, but on a platform of serving the community to the best of their abilities, interests, and desires. The elected board will determine office positions and terms at the annual meeting which will be held on April 27, 2016.
If you have an interest in serving on the board, please fill out the 2016 Election Nomination Form and return it to the HOA Mailing Address by April 8, 2016. If desired you may also submit this information via e-mail to: board@thecrossingsneighborhood.com
If any nomination forms are received, then ballots will be distributed to every homeowner on or before April 10, 2016. Your votes must be submitted by April 27, 2016 at the Annual Meeting. The votes will be tallied at the Annual Meeting on April 27, 2016.
The terms of (3) of our current board members will expire in 2016:
- Brian Kile
- Kevin Sullivan
- Chris Bogdon
The following board members will continue to represent the association for another year:
- Ray Speicher
- Ken Chrin
- Mike Kendlick
- Jim Lacey
