HOA Board Meeting Minutes – May 13, 2015

Board Meeting
Date: May 13, 2015
Location: Sullivan Residence
The meeting began promptly at 7:00 PM at the Sullivan residence. The following board members were present: Brian Kile, Jim Lacey, Ken Chrin, Ray Speicher, Chris Bogdon and Kevin Sullivan.
No Crossings residents were present for the open floor portion of the meeting.
The minutes of the April 29th annual meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer's Report
As of May 13, 2013:
Savings Account balance - $5,726.21
Checking Account balance - $23,887.10
Wells Fargo Bank has assumed responsibility for maintenance of the yard at the empty house on Trowbridge Court.
We have received 3 of 8 resale certificates for houses being sold in the Crossings.
Grounds Report
We are investigating a house on Crossing Ridge Trail where a tree was struck by lightning to see if it is in the common areas. If it is in the common areas we will decide what to do with the damaged tree.
Jessen has removed several trees at a cost of $936.00.
A floodlight on Hunting Ridge Trail needs to be replaced. We received a quote for $307.00. The light will be repaired the week of May 18, 2015
A fence was approved by the board at 100 Crossing Ridge Trail.
Website
We are working with Cranberry Township to get our website listed on the township directory.
New Business
Kate Defazio is checking to see how many residents are interested in a neighborhood garage sale. If there is interest, we are looking at some weekend in June.
We have elected the officers for 2015. They are as following:

The next meeting of the HOA board is scheduled for 7:00pm on Wednesday, June 17th at the Bogdon residence at 114 Crossing Ridge Trail. As always, anyone wishing to provide comments and concerns is asked to join us for the first 30 minutes open-floor session of our meeting.
