HOA Board Meeting Minutes – Mar 18, 2015
Sorry for the delay in sending out March's Board Meeting Minutes.
The March meeting began promptly at 7:00 PM on 18 March 2015 at the Speicher residence. Chuck Kraynik, Chris Bogdon and Brian Kile were unable to attend.
A homeowner was present to discuss a problem with overgrowth from the common area to her yard. The Board will contact our tree removal specialist to have them try to remove the vine at its source before the spring growth attacks her property.
The minutes from the February meeting were adopted as presented.
Finance Report:
Savings Balance: $5,726.21
Checking Balance: $26,531.63
148 homeowners have paid their 2015 dues.
New Business:
The Annual Meeting of the Association will be held on 29 April, 20-15 at 7:00 PM in the Phase 1 Pavilion. All homeowners and their families are invited and encouraged to attend. Please bring a chair and a refreshment.
The April meeting will be held on 8 April, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the Sullivan residence at 132 Crossing Ridge Trail. As always, Crossings residents are encouraged to attend the open floor portion of these meetings to share ideas, concerns and recommendations.
