Board Meeting
Date: December 10 at 7:00pm
Location: Kraynik Residence
The meeting began promptly at 7:00 PM at the Kraynik residence. The following board members were present: Jack Curran; Brian Kile; Chuck Kraynik; Jim Lacey; and Kevin Sullivan. Work obligations prevented Chris Bogdon and Ray Speicher from attending.
The open floor portion of the meeting was unnecessary as no other Crossings residents were in attendance.
Treasurer's Report
As of December 10, 2014:
Savings Account balance - $5,725.49
Checking Account balance - $5,859.45
2015 Dues notices were mailed this month. As of this date, 10 Crossings residents have already paid 2015 dues.
The 2014 Financial Report; 2015 Budget; and the President’s Report will be posted to the web-site.
The 2015 insurance premium has been paid.
Grounds Report
No further information to report on the Goerl Landscaping contract for 2015. All 2014 landscaping services were performed and all invoices paid.
New Business
The board had further discussion regarding purchasing and posting “No Dumping” signs throughout the plan free-spaces. It was decided that posting a notice on the web-site regarding disposition of yard waste would be more cost-effective.
Another observation will be done to record non-operating post lamps.
There are a few dozen extra luminaries available for purchase to use for Luminary Night on 12/21. Please contact Karen or Chuck Kraynik at 724-779-4984 if you need them. First come, first served.
The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 21st at 7:00pm at the Curran residence at 501 Sheffield Court.
