MINUTES OF THE CROSSINGS’ BOARD MEETING
APRIL 28, 2003
The meeting was held at the Phase I pavilion and began at 8:25 p.m. Board members present were Jack Curran, Sue Fey, Rick Mason, Dan O’Connor and Ray Speicher. Cathy Lesjack also attended.
The election of officers was held. Ray nominated Jack for President. Dan seconded. Motion passed. Jack nominated Ray for Vice President. Dan seconded. Motion passed. Ray nominated Pat M. for Treasurer. Rick seconded. Motion passed. Dan nominated Sue for Secretary. Ray seconded. Motion passed. Jack appointed Pat Francis as Grounds Committee Chairman. The 2003 officers and board members are:
President: Jack Curran
Vice President: Ray Speicher
Treasurer: Pat Mullen
Secretary: Sue Fey
Grounds Committee: Pat Francis
Website Committee: Dan O’Connor
Board Member: Rick Mason
Jack proposed diligently enforcing dues collection this year as outlined in the By-laws. The board agreed to this course of action.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m. The next meeting will be held on Sunday, May 4, 2003, at Jack Curran’s at 7:00 p.m.
