MINUTES OF THE CROSSINGS’ BOARD MEETING
APRIL 29, 2002
The meeting was held at Jack Curran’s and began at 8:15 p.m. Board members present were Jack Curran, Sue Fey, Pat Francis, Cathy Lesjack, Pat Mullen and Ray Speicher.
The election of officers was held. Pat M. nominated Jack for President. Pat F. seconded. Motion passed. Cathy nominated Ray for Vice President. Pat M. seconded. Motion passed. Ray nominated Pat M. for Treasurer. Pat F. seconded. Motion passed. Ray nominated Cathy for Secretary. Pat F. seconded. Motion passed. Jack appointed Pat F. as Grounds Committee Chairman and asked Sue to serve on the Website committee. The 2002 officers and board members are:
President: Jack Curran
Vice President: Ray Speicher
Treasurer: Pat Mullen
Secretary: Cathy Lesjack
Grounds Committee: Pat Francis
Board members: Sue Fey
Dan O’Connor
Ray will get a card of thanks for the board to sign and send to Rhonda. He will also prepare an agenda for the next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m. The next meeting will be held on Sunday, May 5, 2002, at 7:00 p.m. at Pat Francis’.
