All Crossings Residents,

This email came from the Cranberry Twp.. Dept of Engineering and we wanted to send it to all neighbors.

HOA Board

My name is Jason Kratsas and I’m the Director of Engineering and Environmental Services for Cranberry Township.  I wanted to let you know of some upcoming roadwork.  Columbia Gas applied for a road occupancy permit to make a repair to their system.  They typically bore their pipes under roadways so that the road doesn’t need to be cut open.  They recently found that one of their bored pipes ran through a sewer line and are scheduled to repair it this Friday.  In order to repair it, they have to dig down and physically separate the lines.  Unfortunately, this conflict is centered in the middle of Crossing Ridge Trail.  Therefore there will be a time where temporary lane closures will be required.  We are requiring the contractor not start work until 9AM and be completed by 3PM to miss people coming and going to work.  Additionally, the contractor will have to stop work and make sure all emergency or bus traffic can pass at all times.  However, regular through traffic will be closed temporarily during 9 and 3.

We are going to post an electronic sign notifying the homeowners in your plan of the road work.  I wanted to reach out to the HOA as well and had your name as the contact.  If you have any questions, please contact me.

Thanks, Jason
